Overdale Guestbook

Stayed here for one night with my partner. What a find,, The door opened to a cheery lady (Jayne) and the gush of cleanliness hit you,, it was special,,. Although the room was just vacated, |I was shown to where we would be, so very comfortable and so relaxing, spotless.

Breakfast was just as we had asked for, this couple have it all wrapped up and so organised, it may not be that in the background as I know its all hard work, but for the guests it oozes peace and quiet.

I most certainly would be back here,, we found out when leaving that they were on the television programme “Three in a bed) and came 2nd,but this cannot be beaten.

I will most certainly pass this on. Thank you Jayne and Keith.

It’s the first time we’ve stayed at Overdale and we will certainly be returning again,Kieth and Jane are fantastic hosts. A cheery welcome.very friendly,superbly run,very clean,very comfortable rooms and a breakfast par excellence.We will certainly recommend Kieth and Janes establishment to friends and family,well done to you both,we hope you reign for many years to come.

Me and my mum stumbled on Overdale by chance and what a find! An absolute gem of a B&B. Keith and Jayne were warm and welcoming, and that’s exactly how I’d describe Overdale as a whole.

Nothing was too much trouble, and it felt as though you were staying with your favourite relatives but with all the benefits of a hotel.

The decor is tasteful with attention to detail that sets it apart from the rest. We had such a delightful stay we can’t wait to go back!

This is the second time we have stayed with Jayne & Keith at Overdale. Their home is so welcoming and immaculately kept. We highly recommend anyone thinking of staying in Whitby to book into the Overdale Guesthouse.
Watch out for the sausages they are the best in the country!

What a wonderful find Overdale is,from the beautiful decor to the tastiest breakfast in Whitby there is nothing bad to find in this friendly welcoming guest house
Jayne and Keith do an amazing job and even find time to have a good chat with their guests when every you see them in the course of your stay

This was our first time at the Overdale and it certainly won’t be our last. Jayne and Keith were fantastic hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them.We would recommend the Overdale to anyone visiting Whitby
as it is a great place to stay so make a note of this
one as its well worth staying here as everything is
just perfect.

What a great stay the rooms were up to date and sportless the tenents were welcoming nothing a bother helped us out would stay again the breakfast was brill
